We maintain high performance metrics including average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, as well as customer satisfaction.
What you need:
2+ years of call center/customer service experience
Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines
Be empathetic to customer concerns and display sincere desire to find a resolution
Ability to deliver a difficult message that creates the best customer experience possible
Navigate multiple tools while using different resources
Starting pay is $14.50
10% evening pay differentials
10%-15% weekend differentials
